Leadership at the International Culinary Center realized that in order to maintain their status as one of the top three international culinary schools and grow their reach and revenue, they needed to leverage social media and digital marketing.
We worked with the ICC to help define and launch a new global social media strategy.
Our plan accounted for the various channels and tactics required for successful consumer enrollment marketing via social. Our plan was careful to take into account the specific differences in the culture, and admissions process in different geographies.
Additionally we created the strategy to account for and differentiate the “public marketing” voice of the brand versus the intensive enrollment or “support” side of the brand.
